    Living In Abundance: Coaching Program

    Do you dread going to work each morning? Did you “follow your passion” but now find yourself feeling unfulfilled and frustrated? Are you wondering if changing careers is the right move for you?

    Are you a professional looking to boost your confidence, visibility, income, and other personal and professional goals?

    Are you stuck in your dissertation journey? Or maybe you feel overwhelmed by the doctoral thesis/dissertation process?

    Do you find that it’s difficult to hold yourself accountable to deadlines?

    Do you find that you lack the support and motivation to make progress?

    This program is for:

    • Professionals in any field who need help identifying barriers to achieving their personal and/or professional goals.
    • Doctoral students at the early stages of their dissertation journey who require aid with time management, clarification of the Research Question and/or Problem Statement, general mentoring, accountability, motivation, goal planning, and support.  
    • Skilled professionals seeking personal and/or professional guidance, business ideas, or assistance in maintaining their current practice.

    Living in Abundance: Coaching Program is a group coaching service that provides you with individualized attention, resources, and accountability to help you achieve any major personal, career, doctorate, or professional goals.

    We guide you through activities, writing prompts, personal mentoring, and homework tasks that will boost your confidence, visibility, and clarity on your personal goals. Each week, you will be apart of a 60-minute video call addressing a key life-building topic, as well as your unique goal-setting strategy, in-depth impacting coaching, and tasks that will lead to a more fulfilling and productive living. For the length of the program, you have unlimited access via e-mail for any follow-up inquiries or concerns.

     

    After completing your individualized assessment and goal setting, each week will include developing these important life skills:

    • Communication and Confidence: Being confident in your ability to effectively explain your aspirations, desires, and believing that you are deserving of them.
    • Positive Mindset: Believing in yourself to be powerful, capable, and important while rejecting negative self-talk.
    •  Reduce Anxiety: Fear and worry will no longer govern your life. Enjoy your life to the fullest. Develop tactics for overcoming your obstacle with confidence.
    • Unapologetically design your ideal life around your abundant goals by living fully and intentionally.

    This program is for the person who is ready to:

    • Create a detailed step-by-step plan to stay on track with your personal, business, or creative goals.
    • Cultivate a successful attitude in their personal lives, careers, doctoral studies, or professional practice.
    • Invest heavily to become serious, conduct focused work, and have access to a daily accountability partner.
    • Step out into the world with a sense of self-assurance that attracts possibilities and individuals who can assist them in accomplishing their goals.
    • Drastically raise education and/or income levels
